Mike Yates of the Holmatro Safety Team is stepping away after 30 years of team involvement . I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Mike this past summer, we arranged to meet at Road America to have a picture frame matte signed by the safety team that was going to be put together with a picture I had taken at St.Petes in March of James Hinchcliffe’s car.
At this past summer’s Toronto Indy I had arranged a meeting of the team members and James to present the framed photos, unknown to Mike I also had a photo signed by James to present to the team.
