Motul, a full-service French international developer, manufacturer, and distributor of a variety of engine oils and lubricants, is proud to announce they are sponsoring Samantha Tan, a 19-year old racecar driver from Gormley, Ontario (Canada), in the Pirelli World Challenge, in 2017. For the first time, Tan will drive for her own team, ST Racing, along with her teammate well-known driver, Nick Wittmer, both competing in the TC class.
Passionate about helping to make racing dreams a reality for drivers all over the world, Motul sponsors up-and-coming young racing talents as a way to help them make their dreams a reality.

Tan’s team, ST Racing, was officially launched in October of 2016. It is a team of experienced racing managers ready to secure a win for Tan and Wittmer. Both drivers will be debuting a new car, the BMW M235iR in the TC class at the event. Presently, Kenneth Tan works as the Team Principal, Ben Distaulo as the Team Manager, and Alex Dupré as the Team Engineer. Pierre Savoy is filling the crucial role as the Driver Coach for Samantha Tan leading up to the event.
